Resumen
El objetivo es determinar el efecto que las características del teletrabajo tienen sobre la satisfacción laboral de profesores/as al desarrollar clases a distancia durante el confinamiento social a causa de la Covid-19, además de analizar las diferencias que pudieran existir entre hombres y mujeres. Para este fin, se aplicaron 296 encuestas a profesores/as de nivel superior en México y se analizaron mediante una regresión lineal múltiple y la implementación de pruebas no paramétricas. Los resultados indican que los recursos, la autonomía y el balance vida-trabajo son características del teletrabajo realizado por los profesores, además de que estas explican la satisfacción laboral general de quienes desarrollan las clases a distancia. Asimismo, se identificaron diferencias entre hombres y mujeres respecto a la autonomía y balance vida-trabajo, así como en la satisfacción laboral general. Esta investigación contribuye al análisis de las experiencias laborales diferenciadas por género en las organizaciones educativas a partir de sus percepciones durante la pandemia.
